Pinellas Park: A Pensacola woman was arrested Sunday after MPs said the pork chop dispute had escalated into violence. The Escambia County Sheriff’s arrest report says that 32-year-old Jesseca Daniel Hardy hit a man in the head with a hammer after they “got into a verbal argument over pork chops.”
The man told the deputies that Hardy hit him several times in the head and face. The deputies said they observed swelling on the man’s head, eyes and lips. According to the report, the man also had his upper lip cut.
Jesseka Daniel Hardy was charged with an aggravated battery pack with a lethal weapon. She is being held at the Escambia County Jail on $ 5,000 bail.
