November 1 A Florida man actually tried to board a flight to Orlando with a fake grenad

On Tuesday, officials stopped a St. Augustine man after attempting to board a flight from Pennsylvania to Orlando Sanford International Airport with a fake grenade and a real, disassembled rocket launcher.

The man’s bag raised the alarm at Lehigh Valley International Airport as it went through the TSA’s baggage security system, TSA said in a press release.

The bag contained the barrel of a weapon, scope, trigger and grenade, but officials determined that the grenade was an exact replica and the grenade launcher did not work, TSA spokesman Lisa Farbstein wrote on Twitter.
