In Revenge Scheme, ‘HIV Positive’ Florida Man Bites Cop

Altoona (WTFF) – A Florida man is charged with a felony after he bit a police officer in revenge.

Lake County MPs showed up outside a Mobil gas station at the intersection of SR19 and CR42 on Wednesday afternoon at around 5:00.

According to their sworn statements of arrest, they answered “several calls about a man standing in the middle of an intersection, dancing and fickle.”

Ernie Wayne Wilburn, 40, a native of Eustis, was sitting at a picnic table when the officers arrived.

The cops asked if he was doing well.

“Fuck you, I’m fine,” he replied.

The Florida man “could not sit quietly on the bench and moved his lips without a word, and also gestured with his hands and fired a weapon.”

The deputy asked if Wilburn remembered him from the last time the police were called in on a similar incident.

“Yes, you sent me to the hospital, you got everything,” he replied, according to the report.

EMS began to approach.

Wilburn clenched his fists and stood up aggressively.

He was asked to sit down again.

“Fuck you,” he told the cop.

This was “followed by another incomprehensible murmur.”

The deputy took him by the biceps and asked him to sit down.

It was then that Wilburn grabbed the sheriff’s skin.

The officer pulled back, but the Florida man gripped him tightly and “wouldn’t let go.”

The knee blow to the stomach did not affect Wilburn, although two blows to the head did.

The officer reports:

“Once on the ground, the defendant looked at me and shouted: ‘I told you, you will get yours, I am HIV positive.”

Wilburn was arrested and charged with attempted murder of a law enforcement officer and violent resistance to the officer.

He repeated the same HIV statement on a stretcher while under ambulance supervision.

Both the arrested person and the officer were treated at Waterman Hospital.
