A Florida man flew too close to the sun and was banned from ordering pizza after making too many jokes in restaurants.
Sebastian, Florida resident Randy Riddle has been accused of placing fake orders as well as not paying for pizza or delivering it to the wrong address, according to the Palm Beach Post. Riddle used five different phone numbers and sometimes used a fictitious name or never used a name at all, according to authorities.
He posted a bail of $ 5,500 with one condition from the judge: Riddle must “refrain from calling the pizzeria and / or any abusive calls or his bail will be canceled,” said in an affidavit, according to TC Palm.
In June, he repeatedly called Sebastian’s police department, Sebastian’s mayor’s office, Sebastian’s health department with complaints about the quality of the food.
“His goal is to bargain either on the price of food or on the quality of delivery,” police told TC Palm.
Riddle was charged with four counts of telephone harassment, two counts of first-degree petty theft, and one count of second-degree petty theft.
